We are ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o., Avenija Dubrava 2, 10 040 Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter: „ZLATARNA DODIĆ“).

2. What does this Statement of Safety and Privacy cover?
This Statement applies to our website www.zlatarna-dodic.hr and other services we provide (hereinafter referred to as “Services"). The Statement of Safety and Privacy refers to the personal information and general information we collect from you while using the Services.
We respect your privacy and we process personal data only in accordance with the applicable privacy provisions and the EU privacy policy.
ZLATARNA DODIĆ collaborates with trusted partners such as Google LLC for analytical tools (hereinafter referred to as “Partners").
For personal information covered with this Statement of Safety and Privacy used by the website, ZLATARNA DODIĆ is the data controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Data we collect
When you make a purchase in our store, as part of the sales process, we collect personal data you provide such as your name, surname, address, city, contact number, email address, name of the company and your ID number (if you need Invoice R1) when you shop as a guest or if you register and open a User account, we then collect your Username and password as well. The password is save in encrypted form in our base so it is not available to us. You are in charge of keeping the mentioned information and we ask that you do not share that information with anyone.
All the above mentioned data is protected with your use account password. If you are shopping as a guest, your information will be visible to us as owners, on a one-time basis, during shopping, and will not be publicly published anywhere.
While you are using our websites, we can collect technical information on the devices you are using to access our sites, including: internet/mobile network (including your IP address), the make of your mobile phone, the operational system you are using, browsers you are using. All the above mentioned data of our Users do not disclose and personal information.
Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we can email you about our store, new products and other updates.
Payments:
If you choose to pay with credit cards, we will direct you to our partner Corvus Pay, where card payments are made, and to PayPal. Communication between us and their platform is encrypted as well as the payment process on their site. When entering data on their interface, data is encrypted through the PCI-DSS.
All credit card payments comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS and are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the common effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help secure the management of credit card information collected from our store and its service providers.
If you participate in competitions or other marketing activities, we collect the data you provide us, such as your name and surname, address, date of birth, contact number, email or the name of the store you most often buy).
While using our webpages, we can collect technical information on devices used to access our page. Including: Internet and/or mobile connection (including the IP address), the make of your mobile phone, the operational system you use, type of browser. All above mentioned information of our customers are confidential.
Marketing e-email messages may be sent to you, with your permission, containing information about our jewelry stores, special offers, new activities, and other news.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Statement of Safety and Privacy if we consider that this is necessary for legal reasons. In that case, we will post changes on our website. Also, we will update the “Last Changes" section. After we change the Statement of Security and Privacy, it becomes effective immediately after it is published. If you do not agree with these changes, please stop using our services.

CUSTOMER DATA PROTECTION
Web Shop ZLATARNA DODIĆ undertakes to respect the anonymity and privacy of the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop User, and shall use and process the data exclusively for the purposes specified in these Terms. The ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Store can collect personal information of a User such as their name, address, city, telephone number or e-mail address only if the same User voluntarily submits them to the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Store. The ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop is not responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of improper or unauthorized use of the User’s information if they are not in the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop domain. ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop www.zlatarna-dodic.hr uses third party services for charging credit cards, i.e. company Web Zlatarne Dodić and authorized bans, which use encryption to protect confidential information.
