By using Web shop ZLATARNA DODIĆ and all affiliated sites and services that belong to the domain www.zlatarna-dodic.hr (hereafter: ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop), Users are deemed to be familiar with these Terms at any time and to fully understand and accept them.

In the case of access and / or use of the www.zlatarna-dodic.hr domain and all its related subdomains and related content (e.g. photos, text, graphics, illustrations and data), applications, software and services provided through the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop, regardless of how they are used, the User expressly agrees, with no limitations or reservations, to use the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop in accordance with these Terms and the regulation of any legal relationship arising from or can arise from the use of ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop shall be performed in accordance with these Terms. In the case of unauthorized, illicit and / or illegal use of the content (text, photos, etc.) of ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop, the company ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. reserves the right to claim for damages or institute civil and criminal proceedings against a legal or physical person that used the services of ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop as described above.

It is forbidden to use the website and its contents for any purposes not related to doing business with the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop, which are not specified in the Terms. The User guarantees and confirms that they will use the site in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to all those laws and regulations connected to the Internet, email (email messages), data and privacy.

The User confirms and guarantees that the downloaded content of the site will only be used in accordance with these Terms. Otherwise, such use is considered unauthorized and ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. is authorized claim damages from the User and limit its services partially or entirely.

Registration and creation of User account

A registration or User account is created for one physical or legal person. By registering for ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop, the User receives User account information (Username and password). Registration for ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop is not required, and the customers who open a User Account have no additional purchasing benefits than the customers who do not have a User Account. ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. is not legally liable in case the above mentioned terms are not followed. The User account is not transferable to other people. A User account of legal persons may only be used by the person stated as the responsible person during registration.

It is strictly forbidden: using someone else’s data and falsely representing oneself as another physical or legal person: disclose data about the registration or User account to third persons: using other person’s information for registration; in any way, using ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop for sending, or encouraging spreading unwanted email messages (spam messages).

When completing the registration form, ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop Users are required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information and update them if changes occur. For the violation of the Terms stated in this chapter, ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. reserves the right, at its discresion, to deny the registration or to terminate a User’s account without any obligation to compensate the User for any costs or damages. In addition, ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. reserves the right to prevent access to web pages from the IP address of Users from which actions contrary to these Terms of Use are made, and on that basis ZLATARNA DODIĆ d.o.o. will not bear any responsibility.

After the successful registration, a confirmation of the registration will be sent to the User’s email address. The User is required to keep the security password and User account information and is fully responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use of his or her account.

If a User uses the ZLATARNA DODIĆ Web Shop as an unregistered User, they agree that all information for entering into the Purchase Agreement is true and accepts all the above mentioned conditions.
